According to the Brand Finance India 100 – 2025 report, Amul boasts a brand valuation of US$4.1 billion, placing it well ahead of its competitors in the food sector.
This move aims to cut costs, reduce emissions, and deepen Amul’s reach in India.
The launch, which took place at the Embassy of India in Madrid, marked the beginning of Amul’s expansion into Spain and beyond.
The new facility is expected to process one lakh liters of milk per day, benefiting around 20,000 dairy farmers in the region.
This decision aims to improve farmers’ earnings while lowering their operational expenses.
