Eslam’s career spans some of the most respected names in the sector, including Mars Egypt, Danone Egypt, Beyti (an Almarai subsidiary), and Halwani Brothers Egypt.

Throughout his journey, he has built a reputation for excellence in sales leadership, route-to-market strategy, and team development, consistently driving growth and enhancing distribution networks across Egypt.

His proven ability to deliver results and build high-performing teams is expected to play a pivotal role in Lamar Egypt’s continued expansion. Established in 1985 as Alexandria Agriculture Company, Lamar has grown from supplying raw milk to becoming a recognized brand for high-quality dairy and juice products.
