Arla Foods appoints Anne Terimo as Chief Marketing Officer

Terimo’s appointment signals Arla’s continued commitment to strengthening its market presence in Finland.

FINLAND – Arla Foods has appointed Anne Terimo as Chief Marketing Officer to develop and grow Arla’s brands in Finland, effective 7 January 2026, and will join Arla’s Finnish management team and Arla’s European Marketing Leadership team.

Terimo’s predecessor, Kati Janhunen, who has worked in a key role in Arla’s brands, responsibility and innovations since 2011, will move to another company at the end of January.

Anne Terimo brings over 20 years of strong experience in marketing, sales and category management in various companies in the FMCG sector to Arla.

At Arla, she will be responsible for strengthening the market position of brands such as Arla Luonto+, Arla Protein and Arla Apetina in line with Arla’s Future26 strategy and driving Arla’s global Feed Life focus areas.

Arla Foods appoints Fran Ball as new head of UK supply chain

Recently, the company also appointed Fran Ball as its senior vice president of UK supply chain, effective from this month, to oversee a team of more than 2,800 employees.

Ball has spent the past three years as vice president for production at the dairy cooperative and has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.

The role of vice president of UK supply chain is a newly created position, with a focus on building a stronger supply chain from “farm to fridge” and strengthening customer delivery through empowering local teams.

Bas Padberg, Managing Director of Arla Foods UK, expressed enthusiasm about Ball’s appointment to the new role.  He noted that over the past three years, she had shown exceptional leadership, contributing to innovation and operational efficiency across the company’s UK sites.
