Arla Foods, Baileys expand partnership with new chocolate cream

The indulgent new cream product blends flavours of chocolate with the familiar taste of Diageo’s classic Baileys Irish cream liqueur.

UK – Arla Foods has expanded its partnership with Baileys by introducing a brand-new Baileys Extra Thick Chocolate Cream product in the UK.

It joins an existing UK portfolio of licensed treats currently available in collaboration with the alcohol brand, including Extra Thick Cream, Extra Thick Salted Caramel, Baileys Pouring Cream and Baileys Espresso – as well as Baileys Squirty Cream, launched last year.

Katie Prosho, Baileys cream brand manager at Arla Foods, commented: “Baileys stands for indulgent moments, and this new flavour is designed for those seeking a grown-up treat – whether it’s dolloped over a mince pie or festive pud – Baileys Cream is guaranteed to take your desserts to the next level.”

Baileys Extra Thick Chocolate Cream is launching in a 250ml tub format, initially in Lidl stores this month (October 2025) with further retailers to follow in November.

Declan Hassett, Licensing Manager at Diageo, added: “Following the success of last year’s Baileys Squirty Cream, we’re delighted to join forces with Arla Foods once again, this time to introduce Baileys Extra Thick Chocolate Cream. Perfectly timed for the festive season, it’s set to add that signature Baileys touch to every dessert.”

Arla Foods introduces Cultura product offering in UK

Recently, the company expanded its Arla Cultura, a new gut-health dairy brand designed to bring accessible, science-backed nutrition to the UK.

The company stated that Arla Cultura is made with a combination of bacteria cultures, vitamin D, calcium, protein and fibre.

With the number one barrier to purchase in the yogurt category being taste, the range has been developed to have a milder taste profile than other fermented dairy products on the market.

The Arla Cultura range will debut with six products, including three 500ml gut health milk drinks (Original, Raspberry and Blueberry) and three 450g gut health yogurts (Original, Strawberry and Blueberry) with an MRRP of £2.25.

Stuart Ibberson, Arla brand director, said: “We’re proud to introduce Arla Cultura to the UK market. Our ambition is to become the most trusted, accessible gut-health brand on shelf—and to do that we’re launching a major marketing campaign from September 2025 and throughout 2026. We want to simplify complex science so consumers can feel confident about ‘giving their gut more’ every day.
