These appointments follow the resignations of Mr. Xu Jun, Mr. Yang Huicheng, and Mr. Shen due to other work commitments.

CHINA – Youran Dairy, a dairy manufacturer, has announced the appointment of its new Board of Directors, reinforcing the company’s commitment to sustainable leadership in the dairy sector.
Mr. Bai Wenzhong has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company and a member of the Remuneration Committee, and Ms. Li Lin has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company.
Additionally, Ms. Huang Lin has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Company and the chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the ESG Committee. Mr. Bai Wenzhong has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company.
Mr. Bai holds a strong background in accounting and financial management. His career began in finance and auditing roles at companies like Inner Mongolia Wulashan Fuxing Fertilizer Co. Ltd. and Beijing BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs. In 2009, he joined Yili Group, where he led financial operations and, since 2017, has headed the group’s financial shared service center.
Ms. Li earned dual degrees in economics and accounting from Inner Mongolia College of Finance and Economics in 2010. As of February 2025, she has been serving in a strategic leadership role at the general manager’s office of Yili Group’s liquid milk division. She also sits on the board of Inner Mongolia Youran.
Ms. Huang Lin brings a strong academic and professional foundation in economics and financial sector leadership. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from Peking University and earned her PhD in economics from Renmin University of China. With a senior economist qualification, Ms. Huang has developed a deep expertise in macroeconomic research and financial industry operations.
The newly constituted board brings together a distinguished mix of professionals with extensive experience across agriculture, finance, risk management, and international operations.
This diverse leadership is expected to guide the company through its next phase of strategic growth, technological advancement, and global competitiveness.
