Frieslandcampina engro appoints Sarah Asad Sadiq as its new Director Marketing

Sarah holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School in the UK.

PAKISTAN – FrieslandCampina Engro, a subsidiary of FrieslandCampina, has appointed Sarah Asad Sadiq as its new Director of Marketing.

Sarah holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School in the UK. Her academic excellence is matched by a stellar career spanning over 23 years in branding and marketing leadership across both global multinationals and regional powerhouses.

Most recently, Sarah served as Marketing Lead – Hair Care at Unilever Pakistan Limited, where she played a key role in shaping consumer-first strategies and impactful brand narratives.

Her journey also includes leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, Jazz, and Standard Chartered Pakistan, where she consistently delivered marketing innovation, brand equity growth, and consumer engagement excellence.

Adding a unique dimension to her portfolio, Sarah also served as a Lecturer in the Department of Management & Marketing at The University of Melbourne, Australia, bridging academic insight with practical industry knowledge.

Sarah’s appointment marks a significant step forward for FrieslandCampina’s marketing vision. With her extensive cross-sector experience and a passion for purpose-driven branding, she is ideally positioned to steer FrieslandCampina toward greater consumer connection and strategic growth.

FrieslandCampina appoints Müller as new MD

The appointment follows Martina Müller’s appointment as the new managing director of FrieslandCampina for Iberia, Italy, and France.

She brings nearly a decade of experience within the company, having initially joined in 2015 as part of the B2C team. 

Since then, she has transitioned to the B2B segment and most recently served as the commercial director for quick service restaurants (QSR) and coffee and tea at FrieslandCampina Professional. 

In this capacity, she managed key accounts like McDonald’s and Burger King, establishing strategic partnerships that have significantly benefited the cooperative.

Müller is regarded as a natural leader and a people-oriented professional who strives to make a meaningful impact within the organization. 

With a background in Business Administration from the IE Business School and the London Business School, she boasts over 19 years of experience in marketing and business management, having also worked for major companies like Mondelez and Pepsico in Brazil, and Reckitt-Benckiser in the UK. 

In her new role, Müller will focus on enhancing operational efficiency and solidifying the company’s presence across various distribution channels.
