Ramat Hagolan Dairy expands horizons with new dairy products

The company’s expansion aligns with its vision to strengthen its presence in the dairy industry.

ISRAEL – Ramat Hagolan Dairy, a manufacturer of a variety of dairy products, has unveiled an exciting new product line, introducing a variety of cheeses, yoghurts, and flavoured milk drinks to the market.

According to the company, the launch marks a significant expansion, having recently undergone upgrades under its new ownership.

The new products include Baby Mozzarella, a soft and elastic cheese perfect for salads and appetisers, and Tzfatit, a semi-soft cheese with a mild dairy flavour and smooth texture.

Also featured in the lineup is Brinza, a Balkan-style salty cheese, and Goat Feta, a Greek-style cheese made from goat milk, known for its rich and deep flavour. Additionally, the company has introduced Delicate Bulgarian Cheese, a creamy and mildly salted cheese ideal for pastries and salads.

Expanding beyond cheese, the company has launched Greek Yoghurt (180g) and Sheep Yoghurt (180g), offering consumers a nostalgic taste with a unique texture.

Concurrently, the company has also introduced 24% Vanilla Cream, designed for desserts and pastries, along with two flavoured milk drinks, Chocolate Milk and Banana-Flavoured Milk Drink, providing refreshing options for dairy lovers.

Zanlakal acquires Ramat Hagolan for US$9.31 million

Recently, Ramat Hagolan Dairy entered a new phase of growth and modernisation under the ownership of ZNLR (Zanlakal), which recently acquired the company for ILS 33 million (US$9.31 million).

Following the acquisition, the dairy has undergone a significant relaunch, featuring upgraded infrastructure and the installation of a new milk production line equipped with advanced technology.

The investment in modernisation is aimed at enhancing efficiency, improving product quality, and expanding the dairy’s offerings.

ZNLR’s strategic vision for Ramat Hagolan Dairy includes strengthening partnerships with local farms in the Golan Heights region, ensuring a steady supply of fresh milk for production. The company has also focused on optimizing its processing capabilities to meet growing demand while maintaining high standards of quality.

The relaunch marks a new chapter for Ramat Hagolan Dairy, positioning it as a key player in Israel’s dairy industry. With upgraded infrastructure and innovative product offerings, the company is set to expand its market presence and deliver premium dairy products to consumers.
