INDIA – Creamline Dairy Products Limited, one of India’s leading private dairy companies and the maker of the Godrej Jersey brand, has appointed Gaurav Pande as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the company’s next phase of growth and business transformation.
The appointment comes at a time when India’s dairy industry is undergoing significant changes, driven by evolving consumer preferences, premiumisation trends, and increasing demand for value-added dairy products.
In his new role, Pande will focus on: Strengthening the company’s market leadership, accelerating product and business innovation, driving organisational transformation initiatives, expanding the Godrej Jersey brand across key markets, and enhancing the company’s position in value-added dairy segments.
Pande has more than 22 years of experience across the foods, quick-service restaurant (QSR) and consumer durables sectors.
Most recently, he led the launch and rapid expansion of a major international QSR brand in India, building the business from the ground up while establishing strong foundations for operational excellence and unit-level profitability.

Creamline Dairy Products Limited, the company behind the Godrej Jersey brand, is one of South India’s leading private dairy companies with a strong presence across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.
The company has eight composite dairy plants and a milk powder facility in Ongole. Godrej Jersey has evolved from a traditional milk company into a diversified dairy brand with a portfolio of value-added products including milk, curd, paneer, buttermilk, flavoured milk and ghee.
The appointment comes as India’s milk production surged to 247 million tonnes in 2025, marking a significant milestone in the country’s dairy growth story, according to M L Jat, Director General of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
