The allotment was completed on September 30, 2026, according to the company’s regulatory disclosure.

INDIA – Dodla Dairy has acquired a 2% equity stake in Sids Farm Private Limited, a minority investment announced in July 2026.
The transaction involved the allotment of 27,708 equity shares in the Hyderabad-based dairy company for a total consideration of US$1.21 million (₹11.64 crore).
The company subsequently informed the BSE and NSE about the completion of the transaction under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Dodla Dairy had initially disclosed its intention to acquire the minority stake on July 25, 2026. The latest filing confirms that the proposed transaction has now been completed.
The 2% holding represents a non-controlling interest in Sids Farm. The regulatory disclosure confirms the size and consideration of the transaction but does not specify any plan for Dodla Dairy to acquire additional shares or obtain operational control of Sids Farm.
The transaction also does not, by itself, establish any changes to the management or operational structure of Sids Farm. Further developments would depend on any subsequent announcements made by the companies.
Sids Farm is based in Hyderabad, giving the investment a connection to one of India’s important dairy market.
The company is an antibiotic- and hormone-free dairy brand with a strong multi-region direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce presence.
However, Dodla Dairy’s filing does not provide specific details regarding expected operational synergies, supply-chain benefits, or sourcing arrangements resulting from the investment.
