Dodla Dairy reports US$73.2M net profit in Q4 2026

INDIA – Dodla Dairy has reported a net profit of US$73.2 million (Rs 69.73 crore) in the quarter ended March 2026 as against US$71.4 million (Rs 67.97 crore) during the previous quarter ended March 2025. 

Sales rose 18.12% to US$1.13 billion (Rs 1074.47 crore) as against US$956.6 million (Rs 909.62 crore) during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year, the net profit rose 2.72% to $280.9 million (Rs 267.00 crore) as against US$273.4 million (Rs 259.93 crore) during the previous year ended March 2025. 

Sales rose 10.89% to US$4.34 billion (Rs 4125.20 crore) in the year ended March 2026 as against US$3.91 billion (Rs 3720.07 crore) during the previous year ended March 2025.

The company also announced that the board recommended a final dividend of ₹5/- (i.e., 50%) per equity share of face value of ₹10 each for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, for the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The dairy company has fixed 07 July 2026 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining the entitlement of Members to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

The shares of Dodla Dairy declined by over 2.50% in Friday’s trade. In the past 6 months of trade, the company shares have seen a dip of close to ₹200 or 15.64%, taking the current price to ₹1,025.00. The 52-week high stands at ₹1,525.00.

In Q2 2026, the company announced revenue of US$114.7 million (₹10,188.00 million), up 2.1% year-on-year as gross margin expanded by over 200 basis points to 27.7%.

EBITDA stood at US$10.45 million (₹928.00 million) with a 9.1% margin, while PAT was US$7.4 million (₹657.00 million) with a 6.4% margin.

Operational highlights include a 13.4% increase in milk procurement volume and 12.6% growth in average milk sales volume.
