Froneri expands portfolio with new ice cream

This marks the next phase of this high-profile collaboration and reinforces Froneri’s credentials in premium branded ice cream.

UK – Froneri has officially unveiled an ice cream portfolio for Lotus Biscoff, expanding its branded offerings with indulgent frozen treats that highlight the iconic caramelized biscuit flavor.

Building on its proven expertise in developing and scaling iconic brands within the ice cream category, the company will bring the unique caramelised taste and crunchy texture of Biscoff to consumers through a focused range of indulgent formats designed to drive category growth and strengthen premium snacking.

The portfolio features a range of formats designed to appeal to different preferences, from tubs and cones to sticks, each infused with the signature Biscoff flavor and complemented by swirls of the famous spread or crunchy biscuit pieces.

The 1st portfolio is the indulgent Stick, available in a multi-pack (x3) and single-impulse formats.

A relaunched version of the ice cream stick, which plays on the unique sensory elements of Biscoff with creamy ice cream and Biscoff biscuit pieces, coated in a new, unique layer made with real Biscoff biscuits.

This format delivers a multi-textural, indulgent experience combining smooth ice cream with the signature crunch and caramelised taste of Biscoff.

Second is the ice cream sandwich, available in a multi pack format x4 and a single impulse.

According to the company, this is a convenient, on-the-go creamy ice cream with Biscoff pieces sandwiched between two authentic Biscoff biscuits. The format combines familiarity with innovation, offering a perfectly balanced flavour and texture profile.

Third is a 425 ml Tub, a premium ice cream tub designed for sharing and at-home indulgence. The tub features creamy ice cream loaded with Biscoff biscuit pieces and delicious, generous Biscoff swirls, creating a deeply indulgent snacking experience.

Family pack 900 ml, a premium, shareable ice cream 900 ml family pack crafted for at-home indulgence. This format features smooth, creamy ice cream enriched with luscious Biscoff swirls and generous Biscoff biscuit pieces, delivering a rich, multi-textural experience with the iconic caramelised taste and crunchy texture of Biscoff.

The launch follows the strategic agreement between Froneri, Mondelēz International and Lotus Bakeries. From 2026, Froneri will produce, market and sell Biscoff ice cream across selected European markets, with additional geographic expansion planned over the next three years.

Building upon Froneri’s long-standing partnership with Mondelēz to deliver Oreo, Milka, Cadbury and Toblerone ice creams, this expansion will accelerate the growth of Lotus Biscoff in the ice cream category, further strengthening Froneri’s leadership in premium snacking.

Known for its unmistakable caramelized biscuit taste, Biscoff brings a unique and widely loved flavour profile that perfectly complements Froneri’s expertise in indulgent ice cream experiences.
