NAMIBIA – Namibia Dairies, a leading dairy company in southern Africa, has achieved 79% Trust Index score in the 2025/2026 Great Place To Work (GPTW) survey, a milestone that reflects its continued commitment to fostering a workplace.
According to the company, this year’s result marks a 13-percentage point improvement over its previous survey, a testament to the focused efforts it has made to strengthen its culture of accountability, trust and interdependence.
The Great Place to Work Trust Index measures employee experience in key areas, including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and interdependence.
Employees highlighted key areas contributing to the high score, including transparent communication from leadership, opportunities for personal development, and a shared commitment to purpose-driven values.
Initiatives like on-site wellness programs, inclusive decision-making, and community engagement activities are cited as instrumental in deepening employee trust.
