CANADA – Lactalis Canada, a Canadian dairy manufacturer of brands like Cracker Barrel, has announced a new partnership with celebrated Italian Canadian Chef Massimo Capra as the Official Ambassador of Galbani in Canada, representing both Retail and Foodservice portfolios.
Lactalis Canada’s partnership with Chef Capra aims to inspire both Canadians and Canadian chefs, restaurants and Foodservice partners to further discover and enjoy the versatile and authentic flavours of Galbani cheeses which are known for their exceptional quality and taste.

Massimo Capra is an award-nominated cookbook author whose popularity has earned him to be considered one of Canada’s most entertaining and endearing celebrity Chefs.
He has hosted his show, Gourmet Escapes, and was a regular guest expert on City TV’s Cityline, a chef host on Food Network’s hit series Restaurant Makeover, and a resident judge on the hit show Chopped Canada.
Currently, Chef Capra is on Wall of Chefs Food Network’s primetime cooking competition series. Capra is presently operating his restaurant in Mississauga, Capra’s Kitchen and Boccone Trattoria Veloce located in YYZ terminal 1.
