Juhayna Food Industries reports US$27.62M profit in Q1 2026

EGYPT – Juhayna Food Industries has reported consolidated net profits of US$27.62 million (EGP 1.381 billion) in the first half (H1) of 2026, a 23% hike from US$15.61 million (EGP 780.731 million) in H1 2025, according to the financial results.

Consolidated net sales jumped by 25% year-on-year (YoY) to US$353.54 million (EGP 17.677 billion) at the end of June 2026 from US$283.3 million (EGP 14.165 billion), while earnings per share (EPS) climbed to EGP 1.17 from EGP 0.66.

Regarding the standalone business, the net profits amounted to US$21.60 million (EGP 1.080 billion) in the first six months of 2026, up YoY from US$12.59 million (EGP 629.292 million).

Non-consolidated revenues hiked to US$316.26 million (EGP 15.813 billion) from US$181.12 million (EGP 9.056 billion), while the EPS increased to EGP 0.92 from EGP 0.53.

The company also highlighted its new strategic milestone at Tiba for Trade and Distribution, the trading arm of Juhayna.

“Tiba has entered into a strategic partnership with Gorilla Energy Drink, a global brand available in 29 countries with headquarters in the UAE and the US, to officially launch the brand in Egypt, marking the beginning of its expansion across the Egyptian market,” the statement read.

Juhayna Food Industries reports US$36.48M profit in full year 2025

The company reported a 19.99% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated profit during 2025, according to financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on March 15th.

The company’s consolidated profit excluding minority interest decreased to US$36.48 million (EGP 1.909 billion) in 12 months to December 31^st. Net sales surged to US$572.99 million (EGP 29.984 billion).

Furthermore, Juhayna reported a standalone net profit after tax of US$24.66 million (EGP 1.292 billion) in 2025, up from US$411,166 (EGP 21.527 million) in the same period in 2024.

Founded in 1983, Juhayna is an Egypt-based company specializing in producing, processing, and packaging dairy, juice, and cooking products.
