The restructuring ensures tighter alignment between market operations, packaging, processing, and sustainability.

SWITZERLAND – Tetra Pak, a Swedish multinational food packaging and processing company, has implemented changes to its Executive Leadership Team (ELT), who will report to Adolfo Orive, President & CEO, and maintain cross-functional senior leadership of the company.
Marco Dorna has been appointed EVP Market Operations. Marco joined Tetra Pak in 2004 and has held various positions, including Key Account Director roles for the Arabia Area, Brazil, and South Africa, and Managing Director Central America & Caribbean, before taking his previous position as Managing Director Brazil in 2022.
Tatiana Liceti has been appointed EVP Packaging Solutions. Tatiana has served as EVP Market Operations since 2021. She joined Tetra Pak in 1998 and has held other positions, including Managing Director Mexico, Managing Director Andina, Managing Director Peru, and Vice President for the Americas.
Roberto Franchitti has been appointed EVP Processing Solutions & Equipment. Roberto previously served as EVP Services since 2021. He joined Tetra Pak in 2007 and has held other positions including Cluster Leader Services South Europe, Vice President Carton Value & Economy Platform and EVP for Services & Quality.
Ola Elmqvist has been appointed EVP Services. Ola previously served as EVP Packaging Solutions since 2021.
He joined Tetra Pak in 1990 and has held other positions, including Cluster Leader Services Europe & Central Asia, Vice President Business Unit Liquid Food, Vice President Supply Chain Operations in Greater China, Managing Director Tetra Pak Southeastern Europe, and EVP for Processing Solutions & Equipment.
Martin Scott has been appointed EVP Sustainability & Communications. Martin previously served as EVP Communications since 2024.
He joined Tetra Pak in 2018 and has held other positions including Vice President Internal Communications and Vice President External & Internal Communications.
Additionally, the company has appointed Haithem Debbiche as the new Managing Director for the Maghreb.
Debbiche has been working as Managing Director for West Africa since 2024. He will now take over the Maghreb region as well, succeeding Laurent Rodier. With this new role, he becomes responsible for the entire Maghreb and West Africa region.
“With a strong background in leadership and business development, Haithem will lead our continued efforts to drive growth, strengthen our partnerships, and deliver sustainable value across the region,” the company said.
A graduate of Paris-Sorbonne University, Debbiche has spent 22 years at Tetra Pak. During his career, he has held several important positions and contributed to the growth of the company’s operations and partnerships across both regions.
