Promasidor Ghana launches “Proma Moms Empowerment Hub”

GHANA – Promasidor Ghana (PGH) has launched the “Proma Moms Empowerment Hub,” an initiative designed to recognize, support, and celebrate women who juggle the demands of motherhood and professional ambitions.

According to PGH, this groundbreaking platform aims to build a community where working mothers can share experiences, offer support, and navigate the complexities of modern motherhood.

As reported by the analysts, the launch event brought together enthusiastic mothers at PGH headquarters, creating a vibrant atmosphere for connection and solidarity.

The hub is set to provide workshops, meetups, and meaningful conversations that foster personal and professional growth among moms.

Mr. Festus Tetteh, CEO of Promasidor ECOWAS (excluding Nigeria) and Patron of Proma Moms, highlighted the importance of creating supportive environments for women.

Proma Moms is more than just a community we are rolling out today; it is a safe space we have collectively created for moms to exchange tips, seek encouragement, and find solidarity in their shared journeys,” he explained.

He emphasized that this initiative aims to uplift women by addressing their unique challenges and promoting resilience.

Nana Hawa Habib Jawula, the Human Resource Director at Promasidor Ghana, stressed that the Proma Moms Empowerment Hub is designed to inspire women to embrace their victories—big or small—and rise above challenges.

“The working moms understand the daily challenge of managing early mornings filled with school runs, meal preparations, and important work commitments. This constant balancing act requires resilience, strength, and determination,” she noted. Jawula added.

“At PGH, we see you, celebrate you, and we are here to remind you that you’re not alone. Empowered moms are unstoppable, thriving at home, in the workplace, and beyond.”

Promasidor Ghana has a longstanding history of contributing to quality food production. Since the launch of its flagship brand, Cowbell, in 1999, PGH has become a household name in Ghana.

Additionally, it remains a significant player in the infant cereal market with its Yum Vita brand, introduced in 2014.
